My Apologies

Hey,

Again, it's been a loooong time since I posted anything for you to peruse! I have been doing things, things that involve me being away from my computer! Let me offer you something to apologize:

I hope you enjoyed those! Speaking of learning me a book, I have been learning me some books lately, too! Specifically, The Curse Workers trilogy by Holly Black, part of the conspiracy that is All Fantastic Teen Fiction Authors. To elaborate on my conspiracy theory: there is a small group of writers that seem to have written almost all teen fiction that I find

a) enjoyable

b) interesting and

c) addictive.

They also seem to share tastes of mine such as

a) funny captions on pictures

b) Fullmetal Alchemist (Scott Westerfeld, I saw that Leviathan/FMA crossover pic you posted on your blog) and

c) EACH OTHER'S NOVELS!

Plus there are top-secret REFERENCES in their novels TO EACH OTHER'S NOVELS!!! Holly Black is particularly guilty of this, she and Cassandra Clare reference each other's work so much it's crazy! Anyone who has read their novels in detail will know what I'm saying. Cassel thinking about Team Good in Black Heart? I see what you did there, Holly. That was clever. That was exceedingly clever. Anyway, feel free to come to your own conclusions about this strange phenomenon.

Have I mentioned that whoever wins that coffee with Scott Westerfeld at Comic Con on the 14th of July at 4:00 PM (not a stalker, this is the info on his blog) is the luckiest person on this planet? I WANT TO BE THEM SO BADLY! It's not so much the coffee with him that I'm jealous of (though that is EXTRA cool), it's when he brings up FMA cosplayers and going to chill with them that I just...three of my greatest loves (FMA and Leviathan and Uglies) all together in an hour of awesome...that would be THE COOLEST THING EVER!

Sorry, I keep going into random all-caps moments.
